Product description
A product made from 3 types of seaweed, harvested by hand in the wild, dehydrated at low temperature (below 40°C), cut and packaged. The fine and crunchy texture of sea lettuce and nori combines with the slightly crunchy and meaty texture of wakame. Dehydrated and scalded, they can be used as a salad base. The white tarnish may be due to naturally occurring salt. Roasted and crushed as a condiment. Cooked as an accompaniment to soups, custards, croquettes, scrambled eggs, stews or pies, or as an appetizer for FISH and seafood, and as an ingredient in rice or pasta. Dried at temperatures below 42°C.
Preparation method
Soak in water for 5 minutes, then change the water and soak for another 5 minutes. After soaking, the salad will increase in volume up to thirteen times its dry weight. Cook as desired for about 5 minutes.
