Product description
The paste is used in many Asian dishes such as pad tai, to make drinks, sauces, dips, dressings, sour soups and any dish that requires a sour taste. It is one of the basic ingredients of worcester sauce.
It is characterized by an interesting sweet and sour taste.
You can make a refreshing drink from it by giving one teaspoon of tamarind paste and sugar (to taste) per 250 ml of water.
