Green Barley Ground 500 g
Ground green barley 500 g is an excellent source of amino acids and vitamins B1, B2, B6 and C. It also contains a great deal of minerals, i.e. calcium, potassium, iron or manganese. Our barley comes only from controlled and organic cultivation.
Uses: Young barley is largely used in diet drinks and soups. It will also work great as an addition to yogurt and other dairy products.

- calcium - builder of teeth and bones, contributes to normal metabolism and blood clotting
- iron - transports oxygen in the body, prevents anemia and participates in the production of serotonin, protecting against depression

Interesting facts: Green barley must not be added to hot water, because then it loses most of its nutritional value.
