Tapioca Granules 500 g

Preparation: Rinse tapioca, soak preferably in milk about 20 minutes. Then cook in the same liquid until soft on very low heat,stirring all the time.

Uses: Thickener for soups and sauces, ingredient for desserts, puddings, puddings, pancakes.
