Returns policy

Details of the steps involved in making a return:

Log in to your account and then select the goods you wish to return in the returns section;
In the next steps, select the return by clicking on the option "I use the shop's shipping" and choose the form in which you want to receive the refund;
Create a return slip with address labels, print it out and be sure to sign the return slip;
Place the packaged goods together with the return slip in the box provided for shipping and seal it tightly. You can use the box in which you received the goods. Go to a Packet Outlet where you can send your parcel quickly and conveniently around the clock. Please note that the parcel size must not exceed 41 x 38 x 64 cm and the weight of 25 kg.
We will refund your money in the form selected in the Return Wizard within 14 days from the day we are notified of your decision to withdraw from the contract. However, this is usually shorter. We may refuse to refund you until we have received the item or you have provided proof that you have returned the item.
This procedure is not a prerequisite for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal and does not restrict it in any way.
