Product description

Organic adzuki beans are characterized by their sweet and nutty taste. Recommended as an addition to rice and other grain dishes, as well as to pastes, pates, soups and one-pot dishes.

Preparation

Previously soaked for several hours and rinsed beans should be cooked until tender in fresh, unsalted water for about 60 minutes. Salt the beans only at the end of cooking.
