Agar reVito is a gelling agent obtained from seaweed. Mixed with liquid, agar gels and thickens, which has found applications in the production of vegetable jellies, puddings and desserts. It is the best vegan alternative to animal gelatin. Agar has no taste, no smell and is easy to use. Its main ingredient is galactose - a complex sugar that is not assimilated by humans. It works great as an additive for creams, a thickener for soups and a base for fruit jellies. Agar does not need to be chilled in the refrigerator, as it already gels at room temperature.

Directions for use
1. Jelly with agar: in order to obtain a medium-hard gel, a ratio of 1 level teaspoon of agar per 1 cup of liquid (250 ml) is used.
