Product Description
Organic ashwagandha (Indian ginseng) is a very long-established plant that has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for over 2,000 years, among other things. It is one of the most important herbs in Ayurveda, which is now gaining popularity in Europe. Ashwagandha is a low shrub that grows to about 150 centimeters tall and has yellow-green flowers and red or orange fruits (berries). It is recommended for people under stress, intensive work and athletes.
Recommended intake
