Product description

Salt flower accumulates in the form of efflorescence of salt crystals on the surface of sea water (in evaporation ponds) under the action of natural energy of the sun and wind. The efflorescences are collected daily by hand with a rake and dried in the air. Our salt flower is produced from the pollution-free open waters of the Atlantic in the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve in the Algarve region.
