Product description

1 teaspoon (5g) - enough for 500g of fruit or 500ml of liquid. 1 package (30g) - enough for 3kg of fruit or 3l of liquid. Preparation: mix agar agar with cold liquid and stir for 1-2min. Then with continuous stirring at least 2min boil. Remove from heat, cool slightly and continue with the recipe. Agar agar will acquire its properties only after cooling to 40st.C.

Composition

Agar Agar (E406) is 100% derived from red algae.
