Organic radish sprout seeds have a sharp, distinctive flavor.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
At home, the sprouts are prepared as follows. We take a flat plate, line it with gauze or other water-absorbent material. We pour a single layer of seeds on the gauze and water it with water, preferably boiled and lukewarm. The water should be replenished so that the gauze is wet all the time. Place the seeds in a warm and preferably dark place. Depending on the species of germinated plant, sprouts appear after 2-4 days. With coarse seeds, e.g. peas, soybeans, chickpeas, etc., or seeds with a shell, e.g. pumpkin, sunflower, we cut the sprouts before consumption, and use the fine seeds whole.
