Product Description

Organic yellow peas are mainly used in ; traditional dishes such as pea soup or Christmas Eve peas with cabbage and mushrooms. We also recommend it for soups, one-pot dishes, as a filling for dumplings, bread pastes and pates. ;

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Previously soaked for several hours and rinsed, cook peas until tender in fresh, unsalted water for about 45 minutes. ; Salt the peas only at the end of cooking.
