Oleofarm birch sap is obtained in early spring from the trunks of birch trees and is harvested in the period from the appearance of the first buds on the tree until the leaves develop. It is characterized by a light straw color and a neutral, delicate taste. The addition of rosehip infusion gives it a mild taste and a characteristic amber color. Birch berry juice is an excellent addition to the daily diet and can be consumed by people of all ages, including children, without quantitative restrictions. It is worth drinking it especially during the autumn-winter season and the spring solstice, as it strengthens immunity and aids in the fight against viruses.
