Oleofarm's birch sap is obtained in early spring from the trunks of birch trees and is harvested in the period from the appearance of the first buds on the tree until the leaves develop. It is characterized by a light straw color and a neutral, delicate taste. Birch sap is an excellent addition to the daily diet and can be consumed by people of all ages, including children. It is worth drinking especially during the autumn-winter season and the spring solstice, as it strengthens immunity and helps in the fight against viruses. The juice contains vitamin C, flavonoids with antioxidant properties (tannin, chlorogenic acid), calcium, magnesium, sodium and potassium.
