Product Description
The birch sap "oskoła" has been extracted by people in the spring, for thousands of years. It acts as a cleansing and strengthening drink, contains mineral salts and vitamins of the A group. It is harvested in the Podlasie forests near Bialowieza Forest and is probably the only juice available on the market collected from Polish birch trees. Our juice is certified organic not only because it is harvested in a clean environment, but also because we do not harm the trees when harvesting it.
The product is pasteurized.
