The fruits add a natural sweetness to the mousse, while the flaxseed, flakes and millet add depth of flavor and make the mousse a valuable and energy boosting snack. The mousse will work well for breakfast or a quick workout snack. It is without added sugar. An additional advantage of the mousse is the wide stopper, which is designed with the youngest in mind, as it prevents swallowing.
