Boyoco is a medium-roast Single Origin Arabica from Cameroon, suitable for all brewing methods. It is a Java Blue Mountain variety grown at an altitude above 1500 meters in the Boyo region.
Our coffee is freshly roasted, with the roasting date marked on the bottom of the package. To extract the best flavor, the coffee should be brewed and consumed at least 7 days after roasting. It is best enjoyed within a year of the roasting date.
