Product Description

Organic millet groats obtained from hulled millet. Perfect for breakfast with dried fruits. In a dry version it can be served with stewed vegetables and fresh herbs.

PREPARATION:
. Cook previously rinsed groats in salted water at a ratio of 1:3 (1 portion of groats for 3 portions of water) over low heat for about 20 minutes.
