Product description

Organic buckwheat flakes are made from crushed buckwheat seeds. They are characterized by almost the same properties as buckwheat groats. They can be eaten alone or with other flakes. They are recommended as an addition to meat dishes, soups, as well as muesli and desserts. Buckwheat flakes can also be used to bake buckwheat bread.

Preparation method
Cook the flakes at a ratio of 1:2 (1 serving of flakes to 2 servings of water or MILK) over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
