Product Description
Organic bulgur is a type of porridge obtained from cooked, dried and crushed grains of hard durum wheat. It is recommended as an addition to casseroles, salads, stuffings and as an ingredient in second courses.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Bulgur pour lightly salted boiling water in a ratio of 1:2,5 (1 portion of groats for 2,5 portions of water), cook uncovered for about 7 minutes. Then remove from heat, cover and leave to swell.
