Cabero is a choice for lovers of lighter coffees. It features a mild taste with low acidity, no bitterness, and subtle sweetness. Due to its sweet and gentle character, it pairs excellently with milk-based coffee drinks.
The flavor profile indicated on the packaging is derived from the coffee variety, the region and climate in which the coffee plant grows and matures, as well as the processing method used after harvest.
Our coffee is freshly roasted, with the roasting date marked on the bottom of the package. To extract the best flavor, the coffee should be brewed and consumed at least 7 days after roasting. It is best enjoyed within a year of the roasting date.
