By reducing polyunsaturated acids and increasing monounsaturated acids, the oil is more heat-resistant. Using these oils for frying, we can replace saturated animal fats with unsaturated vegetable fats in the kitchen. The advantage of this product over refined oils is the high content of monounsaturated acids and the presence of tocopherols - vitamin E, phospholipids, polyphenols or carotenoids. A set of 3 canola germ oils allows you to replace in the kitchen all other fats necessary for baking, frying and cooking.
