DESCRIPTION
The spices are cardamom seeds enclosed in small bags. Cardamom has an intense, spicy flavor with a distinct citrus note.
It is used for both sweet and savory dishes. Excellent for tea, coffee, cakes, fruit salads, but also for meat, FISH and poultry dishes. It can be used whole, crushed or ground.
