Product description
Celiko Pectin is a natural gelling agent, perfect for preparing homemade fruit preserves such as jams, marmalades, or jellies. Naturally occurring in fruits, its binding properties ensure an ideal consistency.
Usage
Wash the fruit thoroughly and drain in a colander. Depending on the fruit: pit, remove stems, cores, peel, and chop larger fruits into smaller pieces. Place the prepared and weighed fruit into a pot. Add water, 1 package of Celiko Pectin, and lemon juice. Mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add sugar to the boiling fruit. Cook for a minimum of 3 minutes, stirring to prevent the jam from burning. If necessary, skim off any foam, then pour the hot jam into sterilized jars and seal them tightly immediately. Turn the jars upside down for approximately 10 minutes.
