Product Description

Celiko is a Polish company that produces certified gluten-free products. Celiko's lemon-flavored sugar-free jelly is an excellent product for people who follow a low-sugar diet, who care about their line and who use sweeteners instead of sugar. It can be used in cakes, desserts and cocktails. Celiko products are marked with the symbol of the crossed-out ear, which is given by the European Licensing System. This program is run by the European Association of Associations of People with Celiac Disease. Products bearing this symbol do not contain more than 20 ppm of gluten (0.02%), which is confirmed by tests in an accredited laboratory.

Composition

Pork gelatin, acidity regulator: citric acid, strawberry juice powder 1% (maltodextrin, strawberry juice), flavor, dye: cochineal

Purpose

Isolate the contents of the package into 1/2 liter of boiled hot water (do not boil). Stir thoroughly until dissolved and cool. At your discretion, you can add sweetener or sugar to the jelly (about 3 - 4 tablespoons). Pour into a dish and place in the refrigerator to let the jelly set. During hot weather, use less water about 400 ml.
