Directions for use

Purge tea can be prepared by pouring boiling water over 1 heaping tablespoon of the herb and brewing it for 5-10 minutes. An infusion of purge can be prepared by pouring a handful of purge (about 10 g) into 1 liter of water. The mixture should be brought to a boil and then boiled over low heat for about 5 minutes.
