The production of this product without added sugar requires care. Whole fruits with the skin, we melt, puree through thick strainers and thicken in evaporators (vacuum cauldrons where the boiling temperature is 80°C). This makes the product smooth and we manage to retain more nutritional value.
Since we don't add sugar or other sweeteners like grape juice, the product is distinct in taste. The intense taste of cherries shines through, which is a definite advantage.
You can spread this product on bread with butter, toast, bun or croissant. They are very distinctive in flavor, so you can liven up bland dishes with them. They taste good with natural cheese, oscypek and other cheeses with intense flavor, porridge, rice. We suggest adding them to your morning oatmeal, muesli or smoothie servings.
