Product description

Organic chickpea flour is obtained from ground chickpea seeds. It is characterized by a slightly nutty aftertaste. It can be used alone or as an addition to other flours. It is recommended for baking bread, pasta and especially pancakes, called socca. It has strong binding properties, so it is also excellent for thickening soups and sauces.
