BIO Lava Cake Healthy Mixed is a real treat for chocolate lovers. This organic mix allows you to quickly and easily prepare an unearthly, heavily chocolate dessert that will delight everyone. It takes only 15 minutes to prepare, and the end result is liquid chocolate surrounded by a tasty cake, all based on valuable, gluten-free ingredients. Perfect for special occasions or as a quick after-dinner dessert.
Directions for use
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees (up and down function). In a small pot, melt 100 g of butter, then add the contents of the package and stir vigorously until the chocolate melts. Crack 3 eggs and whisk the mixture until smooth. Grease the prepared molds with butter and fill them with the chocolate mixture up to 3/4 of their height. Bake for 10 minutes, until the sides of the cake are set and the center remains liquid. After removing from the oven, wait 1-2 minutes, gently remove the cake from the molds and serve warm with toppings as desired.

Notes
Fresh strawberries, blueberries or pomegranate seeds are also ideal for Lava Cake. Although Lava Cake can be eaten cold, we strongly recommend serving it warm, with liquid chocolate.
