Directions for use

Super Berries - Pour 250 ml of boiling water over a sachet and brew for 4-5 minutes.
Lemongrass, Citrus & Ginger - Pour 250 ml of boiling water over a sachet and brew for 3-4 minutes.
Apple, Rosehip & Cinnamon - Pour 250 ml of boiling water over the sachet and brew for 3-5 minutes.
