RICE MILK is a grain-based milk. Compared to cow's milk, it contains more carbohydrates but does not contain even trace amounts of calcium and protein, nor cholesterol and lactose. It can be used as an alternative to traditional cow's MILK, being lighter on the body than cow's MILK. Gluten-free product, with no added sugar (contains only naturally occurring sugars).
