Dietary supplement. Fir has a strong and intriguing aroma that will fill your room with a pleasant fragrance. Contains: d-limonene, linalool.

Recommended intake

Orally: 1-2 x daily 1 drop. Use diluted with 1 tablespoon of honey or herbal infusion.
Skin (massage, bath): 2-5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Spray: 5-10 drops depending on personal preference and room size.
