DESCRIPTION
This versatile oil is ideal for frying, baking and deep-frying. It is obtained from special, heavily oiled sunflower varieties and is distinguished by its exceptional resistance to high temperatures of 180 °C. Thanks to the dehydration (deodorization) process immediately after pressing, the oil has a neutral taste and smell. As a result, it perfectly accentuates the flavors of dishes - for example, it can be substituted for BUTTER in crisp baked goods and cakes. Moreover, the product is suitable for quick frying and deep-frying of meats, fish, tofu, vegetable burgers and potatoes.
