Preparation Instructions
1 twig (2 g) is enough to prepare 500 ml of infusion. After rinsing the sprig with cold water, pour boiling water over it and steep covered for 5-7 minutes
RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE FOR CONSUMPTION
1000 ml of the infusion (4 g of dried) - do not exceed this amount. Dietary supplement contains polyphenols - substances that exhibit intense antioxidant activity. The recommended daily serving contains 100 mg of polyphenols
