Minimum shelf life date: 18 months from date of manufacture.

Notes

On the surface, the coconut oil may etch, to liquefy it, keep the jar closed, hold in warm water for a while and stir. The product is only pasteurized. The center of the lid should be concave. If it is convex, it may mean that the lid has been unsealed. The cream is ready for consumption if it smells good after opening. A sour smell may indicate spoilage.

100% certified organic: BIO coconut extract (57%), Fresh MEDJOOL BIO dates from Israel (37%); BIO reduced fat cocoa, unrefined BIO coconut oil from cold-pressed coconut pulp. Pasteurized product.

Storage conditions

Store at room temperature. After opening, keep in the refrigerator and consume within 14 days.
