Product obtained by natural fermentation of organic small spelt flour.
Pasteurized product.

Ingredients

spring water, Demeter organic small spelt flour* 10 %, natural Kłodawa rock salt. * From certified organic Demeter biodynamic production.

Preparation

Shake the bottle vigorously before use. Add organic white borscht concentrate to 1.2 liters of boiling water or broth and boil.
Season to taste. The stratification or thickening is a natural characteristic of the product.
