INGREDIENTS
gluten-free whole grain oat flakes** 74%, gluten-free whole grain oat flakes* 10% (oats*), golden flax*, ground psyllium husks*, gluten-free oat bran** 2%, rock salt. (*certified organic ingredient, ** ingredients from biodynamic agriculture)
DESCRIPTION
Mix for baking gluten-free oat rolls. Package is enough for 8 rolls.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
You need: 350 g of bread roll mix, 400 ml of water (lukewarm),
1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius with the up and down heating function.
2. In a bowl, briefly mix the mixture for buns with 400 ml of water. Allow the dough to swell for 5 minutes.
3. With wet hands, divide the dough into eight equal parts, form balls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Press the dough pieces flat so they are about 2 cm high.
4.Place the rolls (without rising time) on a medium level in the preheated oven.
5. After about 35 minutes, remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
Note: Good for freezing.
