MOYA MATCHA TRADITIONAL
Moya Matcha Traditional has an intense green color, a well-balanced bittersweet taste and a delicate tea-like aftertaste. It is extracted from only the first and second harvest of fresh shrub leaves, which ripen under special sunscreens. Thanks to this treatment, the leaves get a higher content of chlorophyll and l-theanine and acquire an intense green color. Immediately after harvesting, the leaves are gently steamed, dried and grinded into a fine powder after separating the leaves from the stems.

MATCHAWAN
Matchawan was handmade on a potter's wheel from gray clay with a delicate addition of grog and glaze made in accordance with centuries-old Japanese tradition.
Matchawan is a traditional tool used in the Japanese tea ceremony. It is also by far the most convenient vessel for drinking matcha, which is best whisked with a bamboo broom (known as a chasen). The bowl's vertical walls and wide bottom allow you to easily and conveniently "shake" the matcha in the water and quickly get a layer of surface foam. Note that the temperature of the water in which matcha is prepared should not exceed 80 C.
Capacity: 400 ml
Height: approx. 7.5 cm
Diameter: approx. 10 cm.

Handmade, therefore, may differ slightly from the one in the photo. The dish can be washed in the dishwasher.

BAMBOO MATCHA BROOM CHASEN
Traditional Japanese matcha tea frothing broom. The broom is made from a single piece of bamboo, where precise cuts and proper binding with cotton thread create delicate whiskers, which, through proper shaping, create jasper foam while whisking matcha. Use the chasen to make movements in the bowl that resemble the letter W or M. This allows matcha to combine well with water to form a slurry, and a sheepskin of foam should appear on the surface of the tea. Perfect frothing of the tea is possible thanks to the flexible bamboo bristles of the chasen broomstick. These bristles are gently curved in their lower part, and at the top they are gathered together and finished with a special wooden handle.

CHASEN STAND
The chasen saucer is not only a beautiful piece of traditional Japanese matcha tea ceremony set. This is a practical tool that helps keep the delicate mustache of the chasen in perfect shape ensuring its longevity. The saucer is made of black shiny porcelain.

TEASPOON OF CHASHAKU
Chashaku is a spoon that is used to apply matcha. It is originally made of bamboo wood. Used in traditional Japanese tea ceremony to scoop powdered tea. Allows us to accurately scoop the amount of matcha needed. Matcha tea is prepared differently from other types of tea and using a chashaku spoon brings us closer to the traditional ceremony.
