Baked can be eaten as a snack.
Baked and shredded as a condiment.
Cooked as an addition to soups, custards, croquettes, pancakes, as well as scrambled eggs, rice or stews.
The most easily digestible, with a red color. They contain the most protein of all seaweeds and are considered the tastiest.
Dried at temperatures below 42°C.
Preparation method
Soak in water for 5 minutes. After soaking, Nori increases in volume up to four times its dry weight. Cook as desired for about 5 minutes. Can also be prepared in the oven or in a skillet.
