Product description
A product made from Wakame seaweed, harvested by hand in the wild, dehydrated at low temperature (below 40°C), cut and packaged.
They can be added to salads and seasoned to taste.
Baked and shredded, they can be used as a condiment.
Cooked as an accompaniment to sushi, meat dishes, soups, croquettes, hamburgers, as well as scrambled eggs, rice or pasta.
They have a mild maritime flavor and are slightly crunchy and meaty. The white tarnish may be due to the naturally occurring salt. It is recommended to consume about 4 g of wakame algae per person per day.
Dried at temperatures below42°C.
Preparation Method
Soak in water for 10 minutes. After soaking, Wakame increases in volume up to six times its dry weight.Cook as desired for about 5 minutes.
