Product description

Organic semolina is obtained from ground grains of hard durum SPEED (Triticum durum). It is mainly used in the production of pasta like spaghetti or cannelloni, giving them a natural amber color. It is characterized by a distinctive flavor. It is an ideal ingredient for making desserts, legumes, puddings, as well as for thickening dishes.
