Eggplant seed BIO (raw material) is a product of growing popularity due to its high fiber content. Upon contact with water, the seeds release mucus, forming a gel that facilitates the movement of contents in the intestines. They can be consumed as a beverage, drenched in water, milk or fruit juice. They also make an excellent addition to baked goods and a thickener for soups and sauces.
