Facela honey 400 g - Ceron
Product Description
Ceron phacelia honey is a unique product made from blue phacelia (Phacelia tanacetifolia Benth), an annual seed plant native to California. It is characterized by a strong fragrance and an unusual light cream color, sometimes even white. Its texture is smear-like, much like honey made from linden nectar. Despite the intense fragrance of phacelia flowers, the honey itself has a delicate aroma.
