The fruit mousse is pectin-free and sweetened only with grape juice. It is an interesting blend of the sweet taste of fig and the sour taste of lemon. The result is a product that is not too sweet, but fresh and pleasant. The fig and lemon mousse is ideal for spreading on bread, rice wafers or for direct consumption. It can also be combined with aged cheeses.
