After pressing, the oil is the same as in the flaxseed seed. The oils are pressed at low temperature without the addition of other substances. Flaxseed oil has the highest content of Omega-3 fatty acids. Alpha linolenic acid (ALA) helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.

Directions for use
Use only cold, do not heat or fry food with it. As a food product, use it in any amount for a variety of dishes: cereals, potatoes, cheese pastes, sandwich pastes, salads, salads, salad dressings.
