BIO fudge from Ekoflorka is a unique treat that combines traditional recipes with a modern approach to healthy eating. They are distinguished by the use of unrefined cane sugar, Masurian extra butter and aromatic Bourbon vanilla, all ingredients are certified organic. The fudges do not contain glucose syrup, starch syrup or hydrogenated vegetable fats, which is often practiced in the production of conventional sweets. They are available in two variants: soft and malleable, which become crumbly over time, and crisp intensively kneaded, with no tear in the center.
