Product description
The package contains 12 leaves. 20 g of gelatin in the leaves is enough for 1 l of mass.
SHOW TO USE
1. Soak the necessary amount of gelatin in the leaves in cold water for 5 minutes, then remove and slightly squeeze.
2. For hot dishes: stir the strained gelatin directly into the hot mixture. The gelatin will dissolve immediately. Do not boil, as the gelatin will lose its gelling ability.
3. For cold mass (such as cream): heat the strained gelatin in a small saucepan with a small amount of water and dissolve, then add a small amount of mass - never the other way around. Then mix it with the remaining mixture.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
