DESCRIPTION
Our syrup is real juice drained from fruit combined with sugar. We produce syrups using the method of our grandmothers, that is, we sprinkle fresh fruit with sugar and when it lets go of juice we pour it into bottles. This is a natural syrup, not like most commercially available products - water combined with concentrate and flavorings. The whole truth about syrup comes out if we are tempted to read the composition of the product we want to buy. Let's remember that the ingredient that comes first in the composition is always the one that is most abundant in the product. In our syrup there is 55% black currant juice.
The syrup is intense and sweet, so for drinking we suggest diluting it with water in a ratio of 1:10. It gives a unique flavor to teas, is great as a topping for porridge, pudding, pancakes, pancakes, crumpets, omelets, ice cream and other desserts. Sorbet made from syrup is also recommended. Recently, coffees with fruit syrups are very popular.
