Product description
Mix for baking gluten-free rolls. Package is enough for 10 rolls.
Method of preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Fahrenheit with the top-down heating function.
2. Mix the mixture with 400 ml of lukewarm water, 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar, 2 tablespoons of oil using a whisk or hand mixer.
3. Shape the dough with moistened hands and divide into 10 pieces.
4. Shape pieces of dough into round rolls and sprinkle with toppings as desired.
5. Then place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and press them to the width of your thumb so they rise well in the oven.
6. Bake for 35 min.
