Balviten is a Polish brand specializing in gluten-free products. Butter-flavored shortbread cookies specially developed for people intolerant to gluten. The cookies have the symbol of a crossed ear, which signifies the certificate given by the European Association of Associations of People with Celiac Disease. Products with this symbol, do not contain more than 20 ppm of gluten (0.02%), which is confirmed by tests in an accredited laboratory.
